Moving Average Foundations Workshop

A half-day session for traders who already watch candles but still hesitate when a simple or exponential average crosses price. You leave with a written checklist for slope, distance, and confirmation—not a catalogue of indicators.

We work from printed and screen charts of Korean equities and major indices. Each exercise asks you to mark the active average, state whether trend confirmation is present, and decide what would invalidate the read before the next candle closes.

Groups stay small so every participant presents at least one live chart. No brokerage account is required during the session; bring recent charts of instruments you actually follow.

How participants describe the work

I had been jumping between five averages on the KOSPI futures chart. The workshop forced me to pick one period, write the confirmation rule, and stick to it for a full week of homework charts.
