Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, deliver homework feedback, issue invoices offline, improve classroom materials, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Legal bases
Where applicable under Korean privacy law, we process data based on contract performance (delivering a booked session), legitimate interests in operating a training practice, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations for accounting records.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Booking, invoice, and attendance records are retained for the period required by Korean tax and commercial rules, commonly five years. Homework charts are deleted or anonymised within 12 months after feedback unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up review.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact info@intelligentwebapps.digital. You may also raise concerns with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Korea. If a remote tool or email provider stores data outside Korea, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. We will identify such providers on request.
Children
Sessions are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Updates
We may revise this policy. The updated text will appear on this page with a revised effective understanding from the publication date.
