Refunds & cancellations
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules for technical analysis workshops and private chart reviews at Intelligent Web Apps.
This policy covers deposits and fees for Intelligent Web Apps lessons: Moving Average Foundations Workshop, Trend Confirmation Clinic, Private Chart Review, and private group dates. It does not cover products we do not sell (software licences, signal subscriptions, or shipped retail goods).
Eligibility
Refund requests must come from the person named on the invoice, or an authorised payer, by email to info@intelligentwebapps.digital with the booking reference and reason.
Timeframes
- Full refund of deposit and fees paid: cancellation received at least 14 days before the scheduled session start.
- Partial refund (50% of fees paid): cancellation 7–13 days before start.
- No refund: cancellation within 6 days of start, no-show, or arrival after the opening block without prior notice.
Work already started
Once a session has begun—or once private-review preparation has been completed on charts you submitted—fees for that session are non-refundable. Unused future sessions in a multi-date private arrangement may still qualify under the timeframes above.
Non-refundable items
- Custom printed chart packs already produced for your instruments
- Third-party room fees incurred for a private group at your request
- Administrative card or transfer fees charged by your bank (outside our control)
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the original date, subject to open seats. Further reschedules may require a new deposit. Moving from studio to remote (or the reverse) is treated as a reschedule when capacity allows.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice forfeits fees for that date. Homework feedback included with a workshop is not owed after a no-show.
Deposits
Deposits secure a seat on a confirmed date. They are applied to the session fee. Deposit refunds follow the same timeframes as fees unless the invoice states a longer hold for private groups.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add further days.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session (instructor illness, below-minimum enrolment, venue closure), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.
