Terms governing technical analysis training sessions on moving averages and trend confirmation offered by Intelligent Web Apps in Korea.
These terms apply to use of the website intelligentwebapps.digital and to enrolment in lessons offered by Intelligent Web Apps (“we”, “us”). By accessing the site or registering interest in a session, you accept these terms.
Acceptance
If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the site or submit enrolment enquiries. Additional written agreements for private groups may supplement—but do not silently cancel—these terms unless signed by both parties.
Services described
Pages describe technical analysis training focused on moving averages and trend confirmation. Descriptions are informational. A binding booking exists only after we confirm a date in writing and you satisfy any deposit conditions stated on the invoice.
Intellectual property
Curriculum sheets, checklists, annotated examples, and site copy remain our property. Participants may keep personal notes and completed homework for their own study. Redistribution, resale, or classroom reuse of our materials outside a paid session requires prior written consent.
No investment advice
Instruction addresses chart-reading method. It is not personalised investment advice, brokerage service, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and regulatory obligations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or consequential damages arising from use of training content. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to fees paid for that session.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules and rates current. Errors may occur; confirmed bookings control over website text when they differ.
Conduct
Participants must not disrupt sessions, record without consent, or solicit other attendees for unrelated commercial offers during class time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea shall hear disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
